My stay at Schweizerhof Zermatt was mostly enjoyable. The newly renovated atmosphere was stylish, and with the amazing food options, I felt well taken care of, but the breakfast staff could really improve their service. I was also a bit surprised by how loud the music from the lobby was at night, which was distracting when trying to relax in my room.

I loved my room, which was freshly renovated and featured a Dyson hairdryer and a Nespresso machine. The comfortable bed made for great nights of sleep, though I did notice it was a bit smaller than I expected.

The hotel itself had great amenities, including a relaxing spa. However, the shower was really slippery, which made me uneasy during my shower. Overall, the convenience of room service and ski rentals was a big plus.

I had a week-long stay at Schweizerhof Zermatt over New Year's and while the hotel offered a relaxing spa and a cozy atmosphere, my experience was mixed. On the upside, the location was perfect, just a quick walk from the train station, and the breakfast selection was excellent. However, our room was uncomfortably warm with no AC, and noisy crowds outside kept me awake. Overall, it was a nice trip, but the lack of cooling made it tough to truly enjoy.

The spa was a lovely retreat after long days out, but the noise from the bustling lobby area wasn't ideal for relaxation.

My stay at Schweizerhof Zermatt was overall wonderful, with a gorgeous room that had a stunning Matterhorn view. The dining experience was really good, especially at the lobby restaurant where I enjoyed two dinners. However, there were some minor hiccups with the app for meal reservations and the soundproofing between adjoining rooms could be improved.

My stay at Schweizerhof Zermatt was fantastic, with a great blend of modern comfort and a touch of vintage charm. The staff were incredibly attentive and made my experience nice, although I did miss some of the previous hotel's personal touches, like free tea after skiing. The spa facilities were lovely and provided a great way to unwind after a long day on the slopes.

The rooms are modern and very clean, equipped with iPad-controlled devices that provided convenience for accessing music and movies. I loved the comfortable beds and the spacious layout, which made it easy to settle in and relax.
